Aircraft Sales, Acquisition and Management

An operator’s view of buying, introducing and running a helicopter. Having flown more than 20 types and managed the operations around them, Ivan helps owners and organisations choose the right aircraft and put it to work properly.

Consultancy

Regulatory Compliance and Gap Analysis

Assessment of operations and documentation against the applicable regulatory framework, identification of compliance gaps and assistance with corrective action planning. Findings are prioritised by risk so that effort goes where it matters first.

Consultancy

Aviation Auditing and Operational Reviews

Structured assessments of operational processes, procedures, training systems and safety controls, and of how effective compliance is in practice. Reviews look past the paperwork to how the operation runs on an ordinary working day.

Consultancy

It is undertaken only where legally authorised and alongside appropriately qualified veterinary and capture personnel.

Pilot support is offered where competency and authorisation for the task are in place; otherwise Ivan provides consultancy and coordination through authorised operators. All firefighting activity is subject to suitable aircraft and equipment, operator approvals, pilot competency and local aviation and emergency-service regulations.
